It is a bit ambiguous. I think it is £45 if you have that brand of car, or £50 for hoi poloi. I don't think membership is policed. The website (ambiguously) says, "To join the paddock, you must be the owner of a model from your selected marque and will be prompted to enter details of your car...

I did search to see if MA53RZF was available when I was looking a registrations a years ago, but no joy. But there are many other MA53R-- options available.

I think it is MUCH too early to be worrying about the weather at this stage. FWIW, Hyperlocal Weather is saying Rain on Saturday and Drizzle overnight, and then Dry (and Windy) from about 09:17 on Sunday morning.
